Get a receipt resent from BlueSnap

If you need to have a receipt resent to you from BlueSnap:

  1. Log in to your Sparkol account
  2. On the summary page, click or tap ‘Subscriptions and invoices’
  3. Select the link to your 'BlueSnap control panel'. The link will take you to your BlueSnap account.
  4. In the recent charges section, click on 'Order info'
  5. In the drop-down menu, select the resend option
  6. Once you have selected 'Receipt' from the drop down menu, press 'Send'

You will receive the receipt via email.
