We will attempt to take the first payment straight away. Your subscription will start as soon as this payment has been successfully processed and will continue until you cancel it.
For monthly and yearly payment plans (but not one-off payments), we will take recurring payments as near as possible to the same day every month or year as applicable. If you choose the yearly payment plan, we will email you at least 2 weeks before we do this. We will not remind you if you choose the monthly payment plan.
For monthly and yearly payment plans (but not one-off payments), we may increase the subscription fee at any time, but we will tell you at least 30 days before the increase takes effect. If you wish you may then cancel your subscription provided you do so at least three business days before the increase takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the cancellation link on your account page. Any payment already made is non-refundable, but if you cancel at least three business days before your next scheduled payment then that payment will not be taken.
If you subscribe as an individual for purposes which are wholly or mainly unconnected with your business, then you have 14 full days after your initial payment (i.e. not including the day you pay) to tell us of your decision to cancel. If you do, you will not incur any liability in connection with the subscription and we will refund your payment for the subscription in full without undue delay (and within 14 days in any event). Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment. This applies even if we receive your notification after the 14 days provided you can prove that you sent it in time. You may email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, or raise a ticket. Alternatively you may use this form if you wish, but you do not have to. You do not need to say why you are cancelling.
