This Instant Answer will show you how to update your billing information on the Sparkol website
Step 1. First of all, log in to your Sparkol account by clicking on the ‘Account’ button on the top right of the screen (A).
Step 2. Whilst you are on the account screen, click on the link that says, 'Subscriptions and Invoices' on the right (A).
Step 3. Select the link titled ‘update billing details’ displayed directly below your subscription (A), to take you to your Billing page.
A small number of people will have an older subscription from previous payment partners. If this applies to you, step 4 is not applicable. Instead you will be directed to alternative instructions (see links below).
Step 4. You can then click on the ‘Edit’ button under the ‘Your address’ details to change your address information (A). If you have a separate Billing address you can change these details by clicking ‘Edit’ under your Billing address information (B), please note that you will not be able to change the country of your Billing Address, contact us if this is required. To change your payment details, click ‘Edit’ under your Payment method information (C).
