      Please note: This beta feature is currently only available to a select group of users who are testing the early version. It’s not yet widely available, but we’re actively developing it. It will only be available in the browser version of VideoScribe. If you’re interested in joining the beta waitlist, you can sign up here. 

      General questions:

      1. How many generations can I make?
        1. You can make up to 250 image generations during the two-week beta period. 
      2. How do I know how many generations I have left?
        1. You can see how many generations you have left at the bottom of the AI tool interface.
      3. Do I have to leave feedback?
        1. Yes, since this feature is in beta, feedback is required before you can add the generated image or voiceover to your project or use the script.
      4. How do I rate the generation? 
        1. After the AI generation is complete, rating options will appear below the result. You'll need to rate the generation, select any relevant issues, and add additional comments or details.
      5. Can I provide more feedback?
        1. Yes, you can always submit additional feedback by raising a support ticket. Please provide as much information as possible. 
      6. What if the generation doesn’t meet my expectations?
        1. No worries! If the result isn't what you expected, you can easily re-generate or start fresh - experimenting is part of the fun!
      7. Does it count towards my generation limit? 
        1. Yes, each generation counts towards your limit.
      8. Can I use AI generation for personal and / or commercial projects? 
        1. Yes, there are no copyright or usage restrictions on the images. 
      9. Do I get to keep my AI generations?
        1. Yes, once generated, the content is yours to keep and use in your VideoScribe projects.
      10. How do I get support?  
        1. Check out our AI support article here. You can always raise a ticket with our support team if you need further support. 

      Image Generation questions:

      1. What kind of images can I generate with this tool?
        1. You can generate a variety of images, including objects, characters, scenes, or backgrounds. The results depend on how specific or detailed your prompt is.
      2. How do I write a good prompt for image generation?
        1. Be clear and specific. Mention key details like colors, styles, or the overall mood of the image to get more accurate results.
      3. Can I edit the AI-generated images after they are created?
        1. Yes, you can edit certain aspects like size, placement, and limited color changes are available. The core image itself cannot be modified - you will need to create a new image to make changes. 
      4. How long does it take to generate an image?
        1. The generation process typically takes a few seconds, but it may vary depending on the complexity of your request.
      5. What if the generated image doesn’t meet my expectations?
        1. You can generate another image with a different prompt or tweak your existing prompt to refine the result.
      6. Is there a limit on how many images I can generate?
        1. You can make up to 250 image generations during the two-week beta period. 
      7. Where can I find my generation afterward?
        1. You can find your generations in the Image Library's “AI Images” folder. This folder is temporary and will only be accessible during the beta period. If you want to access your generated images after the beta trial, be sure to add them to your project.
