Changing your email address

This article will explain how to change your account email address

If you wish to update the email address associated with your VideoScribe account, you will need to contact the Customer Success team. 

Please raise a support ticket here and we'll be happy to make the change for you.

Top tip: To make things quick and easy, be sure to raise the ticket from your account's current email address and include the new email address you want us to change it to.
