# Importing images

## You can import your own images into VideoScribe. Let's take a look at how.

You’ll have access to millions of images in the VideoScribe library, but you can always upload your own to add that special touch.

Image formats supported:

- JPEG
- PNG
- SVG
- GIF 

There are two ways to import images into your project:

1. [Upload images from the library](https://help.videoscribe.co/knowledge/import-images#upload)
2. [Drag and drop images from your computer](https://help.videoscribe.co/knowledge/import-images#drag)

### **Upload images from the library**

1. Click on the ‘**Image**’ **![ICONS - Image](https://help.videoscribe.co/hubfs/Customer%20Success/ICONS%20-%20Image.svg)** button in the **left-hand panel**
2. Select the '**Upload image**' button
3. Select one or multiple image files from your computer
4. Click ‘**Open**’ to add to your canvas

### **Drag and drop images from your computer**

1. Select one or multiple images on your computer
2. Drag the image(s) directly onto the canvas
