If you can't locate your project, here are a few quick checks to try first
1. Check which version of VideoScribe you are using
- VideoScribe (formally VideoScribe Browser)
- VideoScribe Legacy (formally VideoScribe Desktop)
The projects you create are unique to each version. This means that when you create a project in one version, it will not be compatible with the other.
Note: If you are trying to locate your older VideoScribe Legacy projects, click here to read the article on My saved scribes are missing (VideoScribe Legacy). We would recommend creating your projects in the newer version of VideoScribe going forwards.
2. VideoScribe projects are automatically saved online
- Log out of VideoScribe and log back in
Important: Make sure you use the same email address that you used when creating the projects - this may change when autofill or password entry programs/extensions are enabled in your browser.
