Using VideoScribe in my workplace or school

Some offices and schools have network, security and permission restrictions that affect the installation and use of new software. This information will enable network administrators to make any changes needed to allow the software to run correctly.

Domains

Both the web app and downloadable versions of VideoScribe use the cloud to access and save your projects, retrieve images from our image library, and to download your projects in MP4 or GIF format. We would recommend whitelisting the following domains to ensure that you have a smooth experience in the app:

Other considerations

• We would recommend against accessing VideoScribe through a proxy.
• You may need to add the VideoScribe app and/or website as an exception on any antivirus or firewall software.
• If you wish to use the downloadable VideoScribe app, an administrator may need to install this for you.
