Accessing your invoices

This article will show you how to access the invoices for the purchases made through your VideoScribe account

Log into your account on the VideoScribe website

  1. Click on the 'Invoices' section in the left-hand panel
  2. Select ‘View’ next to the invoice you wish to download.

Please note: A small number of people will have an older subscription from previous payment partners and will not see this option. If you have any questions or need assistance please raise a support ticket.
