• Is there a way of obtaining a full breakdown or more detailed information regarding the costs for VideoScribe?

    The only information displayed is when the account was set up and when the next payment will be taken (we have a monthly subscription). Also under the Invoices menu we have 'No invoices'.

    Go to your account page on the Sparkol website

    Log in using the details you first signed up with (if you are not automatically logged in)

    On the Summary page, click or tap ‘Subscriptions and invoices’Select the link to your 'BlueSnap control panel'

    The link will take you to your BlueSnap account - Here you will be able to view your payment history and view invoices issued to you.
