YouTube with 7 Day Free Trial

  • I have just uploaded my Video Scribe to YouTube however I am only using the 7 Day Free Trial - will my upload be affected once my 7 days has elapsed?
  • Hi Courtney,

Your Youtube video will not be affected in any way when your trial expires; you will just be unable to access VideoScribe and make any changes to the original scribe without upgrading to the Pro version.

  • I am using the 7 days free trial and I have tried to upload the video to youtube 3 times and it keeps not working. I've tried to close the app and reuploaded again. Is this normal? Can you please fix it? Thankyou!
  • It seems as though there is a problem either with your scribe or with your youtube channel.

try making a new blank scribe with just one image from the videoscribe library, and see if it will render successfully to youtube. If that works then you will need to troubleshoot your scribe.

If you cannot even render a 1-image scribe then ther may be a problem with your youtube channel. In your youtube channel, find the "verify" or "verify by email" option and use it to verify your channel if you have not already done so. Otherwise, try making a new channel and verifying it by email then try your scribe again.

  • Hi,

I am using the free trial. Am not able to upload files to youtube. Is there any restriction on the number of youtube uploads for free trial.

  • I don't think there is any restriction.
It is most likely a problem with your scribe project or a problem with your youtube channel.

Have you every successfully published  a video from videoscribe to your youtube channel?
If you have never upublished one successfully from videoscribe, try making a new scribe with just one image from the videoscribe library and publish it to your youtube channel.

    Post your results here.
