does this product allow the import of images and then make a B&W outline drawing then fade to the original image? does it do this for imported videos on the first frame?

Hi, 1) Sort of, but not exactly. You should probably download the free trial or watch some of the tutorial videos to see specifically what it can do. 2) No it does not import video, but you could import the first frame of a video as a JPG or PNG and then splice the resulting videoscribe video onto the beginning of your other video.
