1) Please describe what steps you are taking to open videoscribe 2) Are you seeing any error messages, any on-screen activity, or any other symptoms that you can provide?

Log on and it takes me to the summary page to down load

I'm not sure but it sounds like you are trying to open videoscribe by logging in to the website. That won't work.
After you download and install the videoscribe program, run the program by double clicking the videoscribe icon on your computer desktop. Then login to the program, not the website.
That is a screenshot from VideoScribe version 1.x. That version won't work any more. The latest version is 3.0.3 which can be downloaded from your account page.

Here's the instructions for downloading and installing VideoScribe on a Windows PC. If you are getting problems please advise at what step in this process and what error/issues you experience and we will of course do all we can to help.
