  • Jose, this error is usually seen where you have uploaded to the online cloud folder and there was a problem with the connection during the save process. VideoScribe saves the file locally at the same time though so you should be able to access this file in the base folder on the machine it was created on and then save a fresh copy to the cloud.

  • If you have saved the scribe to your cloud folder you need to open the cloud folder on the other computer and the scribe will be within it. If it's not showing up there may have been an issue when the scribe was saved. In this case you would need to go back to the original computer and re-save it to your online directory.

  • If you would like to continue to use the software after the 7 day trial period you need to purchase a subscription plan at www.videoscribe.co/buy.

  •  A good idea is to create a support ticket so that customer support will know about your problem when they return to work Monday. I believe you can also save a copy of the project online by right-clicking it. That way customer support can look at it.

If your project is not on your computer's main hard drive, make sure that it is on a drive that is connected, active, and working properly,

If you right-click and export your project as a.scribe file, you can attach it here and possibly other users can examine it for you.

The following suggestions seemed to help with older versions of videoscribe, but I do not know if they still work with the newest version of videoscribe:

    1)  if you have more than 5 or 6 fonts imported, it might be a good idea to remove some of them to free up more memory. (you can import them again later if you need to use them again.

    2) In your options menu, if your import quality setting is higher than 1000, you may want to change it to a lower value to reduce memory usage.
