I made a presentation but when you preview it, the writing is so zoomed out that you can barely see it. How do I fix this? I can see it just fine when I am adding it on the canvas but the final product makes it zoom out so much that you can't see it. I am not talking about the final zoom either. I mean midway in the presentation.
Thanks, Desi

After you add something on the canvas and you like the size and placement of it, you should make sure it is selected and then click the "set camera" icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Than will save the current camera position for the selected element.
Otherwise videoscribe will use its own default camera position for each element and that may mean zooming in or out more than you would like.
If that does not seem to resolve your problem, you should probably save your project to the cloud and tell customer support the name of it. Also list the time signatures where the errors occur.

Set the camera position and use zoom - bootcamp session 2 is well worth a watch for this issue!
