I'm using the trial version of VideoScribe and have attempted to share my video to facebook. Each time I try the program freezes up. I also tried to save it to PowerPoint, which appeared to work until I opened the file. It's a single slide of the drawing hand, but nothing more. I was really thinking I'd want to get the yearly plan, but if I can't get the free trial version to work the way it's supposed to I may need to look elsewhere. Please help.
FYI - I'm running a Dell laptop with Core i7 processor, 8gb ram, a 500gb SSD and Windows 8.1

Hello video scribe,
My problem is when I tried to share my video on Facebook nothing happened. I've been trying since last friday.
I've also tried posting it on youtube and downloading it as a power point presentation but did not work.
I've uploaded it to the cloud but that's all.
Help me please.
