1) save your project file to the cloud folder and raise a support ticket asking customer support for help (they work monday through friday during UK business hours).
or
2) save your project as a .scribe file and attach it here if you want help from videoscribe users.
3) if you think the voiceover is the problem, you could attach it here as well.

Indefinite hang on processing, twice in a row after two good "takes." This is not good, I do expect the tool to work.
Sounds like you need help identifying problems with your scribe.
