Flashing

  • Hi,

I create a whiteboard and everything looks fine but I  received an alert icon near the zoom icons in the lower left. I keep the zoom level mostly between 20% and 120%, but still there's a warning there. I rendered my video and at the last part of it,there's a flashing glimpse (for a sec) from some of my first slides . Any idea about this problem?

    Thanks,

    Bahar

  • Hi,
You should probably save your project to the cloud folder and RAISE A TICKET.

It sounds like all of your problems are with camera settings.

  • Yes, if you save a copy of the scribe to your online directory (cloud icon) and let us know the name we can take a look.

  • Hi Matthew,

Thank you for your response. I couldn't find a cloud icon! But I clicked right on my copy and selected save/share online my copy. Is that what you meant?

  • That's the one. Let me know the name and I can take a look.

  • Hi again, the file's name is Piece 2

  • Hi Bahar,

I've taken a look at your scribe and the zoom warning is only visible when the camera is zoomed out to view all the elements on the canvas. You only need to worry about the warning triangle if it's shown when you're zoomed in on an individual element or group of elements.

Regarding other images from previous scenes being visible during a transition, this will happen if those images are in between 2 scenes that the camera is transitioning between. When the camera moves from image to image or scene to scene any images that are already on the canvas and are in the path of the transition will be visible as the camera passes.

To avoid this you'd need to move the elements so that there are no images in the camera path when it's transitioning from one scene to the next.
