I haven't used my account for half a year or so and I can see that some of my scribes are gone from the program. Can you help me retrieve them as I need to edit them?

Please take a look at the help article entitled Saved scribes are missing. If you can't find the scribes after reviewing the article, please open a support ticket and we can look into this further for you.
