Upgraded to Subscription, but not able to save as video

  • HELP!!!


    I have paid and upgraded to a monthly subscription, however, I am unable to save my scribes as videos which is the whole reason I upgraded to a subscription. Please help asap!!!!

  • Hi,

    the options to render videos are not in the same place as the options to save your project files.

    the icon to render or publish a video is in the upper right corner (not on the upper left where the SAVE options are).

    If you have a different question, please describe more clearly what you are doing, what is happening and any error messages or other unexpected symptoms you see.

  • Adrianna, your account definitely has the access it needs but you will need to log-out and log back in again after purchasing to unlock the extra access. Here's the instructions on how to make a video from your project - Render and share scribes
