I have a project and I used Videoscribe. I need the video to be up by thisTuesday. The video is around 11 minutes long. I tried publishing it 3 days ago but it's still being publish, I tried again and it's been 6 hours and still not up. I really need this up by Tuesday. I tired rendering it to a file, but the app wouldnt respond mid-way. I tried rendering it to get it on facebook, again it stopped mid-way.
Please help me !!

Hi, 11 minutes is pretty long for a videoscribe presentation. The longer the scribe, the more careful you have to be to avoid problems with images and camera settings that could use up too much memory.
If everything is okay in the project, and there is not a long queue or other problem on sho.co, I would expect it to render in about 2 hours or less.
It would be difficult to determine what is wrong based on your description. You can save your project to the cloud folder and Raise a Ticket asking customer support to look at it. customer support works monday through friday during UK business hours.
if you save the project as a .scribe file and attach it here, videoscribe users might be able to help.
