If you have a computer that automatically backs up all changes, (using a program like "time machine" on Mac, or system restore points on windows computers) you might be able to restore an older version of your files. However, you should read about those programs, and be sure you know what you are doing before attempting to restore anything because you might delete newer files or cause other problems.
I do not think there is a way in VideoScribe to recover a file that has been overwritten. unless you have another copy of the file somewhere
There are 3 ways to save a project file in Videoscribe. If you are worried that you might erase or overwrite your project files, you can save your project using the default method (save locally to your computer), then save the same project to the cloud folder (online) as a backup copy. You can also save your project as a .scribe file to any location you choose on your hard drive if you want to have an additional backup copy.
