Non-Responsive Customer Support

  • I was wondering if anyone ever had an issue where they could not publish or download a Scribe and taken it to customer support?  I did so and they asked for me to save it to the cloud and they would send it to me.  Unfortunately, they NEVER did anything so, after nearly a week, I figured out that if I downloaded the iPhone based app and PAID them additional money I could publish it from their site and download it directly.  Has anyone else had similar issues of complete disregard from support?
