My scribe rendered for over 8 hours, finished, then said I had no internet connection. Now it has started all over and I have to wait another 8 hours for it to finish.

VideoScribe suffers from this when your scribe files are sucking up a lot of RAM. This issue is normally caused by the use of Extreme Zoom (outside the 10%-1000% recommended range) on a camera position or also a large number of large jpg/png files being used is a scribe. This causes memory usage to ramp up and VideoScribe to crash. We have a help page called Crashing and freezing – VideoScribe desktop which will provide some help. One of our regular forum helpers also has forum posts with hints and tips as well - COMMUNITY TIPS to avoid crashes, freezes, failure to render or erratic behaviour (2015). It's quite hard to be sure though without seeing the project so if that doesn't help please save your scribe online and send us the name. We can then download it and take a look for you.
