Unable to cancel subscription

    I am unable to cancel my subscription as 'there has bee a problem - please contact us'. So I'm contacting you to sort this out. Regards

  • It might be a good idea to raise a ticket to contact them more directly. The public forum is more of a casual help environment for members, but raising a ticket automatically sends customer support a notification I think.
