Frustration plus

  • I have paid my monthly fee, yet all I get is screens saying 'buy now' 'get your free trial'. All I want to do is to start using this product - worst user experience ever. I've called, logged a help request - maybe a user can help.
  • It sounds like you are looking at the website, instead of using the videoscribe program. Run the program and login using your Pro login information.
