Premium images won't load

    Hello,


    When I go to add a new image, the free ones will load and add, but the preview of any premium images just comes up blank.


    Thoughts?

    Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.


    Do the premium images load after you save your work, restart VideoScribe and try again?
