Image library takes ages to load

  • Image library does not load. Screen hangs. I've checked firewall which allows Videoscribe to access internet, so it's not that.

  • Try the following and if this does not work please log a support ticket so we can go into a bit more detail


    1. Close/Exit VideoScribe

    2. Go to this location on a PC: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\VideoScribeDesktop\Local Store\Library or this location on a Mac: \Users\yourusername\Library\Application Support\VideoScribeDesktop\Local Store\Library.

    3. Find a folder called 'Caches' - Delete this folder

    4. Now open up VideoScribe and log in - you should now be able to proceed without this issue
