First, I'm sorry about what I didn't know the subscribe system.
I just used videoscribe a few times for a month.
But, I got payment for the subscribe today, then I'm noticed I had to cancel my subscribe before it is payed.
I don't have had any plans to use videoscribe again from about 2 weeks ago.
So can I get a refund today's payment?
