The end frame of my video shows all the elements in a long straight line. How do I stop the video before this point? It looks really unprofessional. It won't allow me to click on the scissors even though I have paid my subscription.
Cheers

Hi Jen- it sounds like you might have the zoom at end feature turned on. When you preview your scribe, in the bottom right corner, untick the box that says "Zoom at end?", and it won't zoom out to show all your elements on the canvas.

Regarding the scissors icon: you must have an element selected in order to use the scissors icon (called "cut") which removes an element from the timeline and saves it temporarily to the clipboard in case you want to paste it back in at another location in the timeline.
