After failing making a payment with PayPal, I have made a payment for a monthly subscription for VideoScribe with the credit card. The message after payment said that I will receive a confirmation email. I have not received any email. And when I log in my account the message is that I have no Sparkol account yet. I need to solve it ASAP.
