subscription problem

  • during subscription I have got a message, "Unfortunately your transaction has not been successful, please contact our sales team for assistance", what should i do?

  • Can i only use videoscribe for a month with a monthly payment

  • Monthly subscriptions have automatic recurring payments every month. 


    If you wish to only use for one month, then be sure to cancel your subscription at least 3 business days prior to your renewal date.
