Good morning! How are you? My videoscribe has a problem when I render the video, the letters and images are on the side of the screen, but in the presentation within the videoscribe the apresentation is in the center. This problem never happened before. How can fix this problem? Thank You.

It's probably best you raise a support ticket and upload your project to the cloud & attach a Google Drive link to your rendered version too.
Let the support team know when the issue occurs in the video, and what file format you're rendering to.
