Sparkol sent me an invoice receipt for my monthly subscription to Videoscribe. However, the invoice didn't have the last 4 digits of the card used to pay for the subscription, so now my job won't process the payment because there is no proof that the subscription was bought with the company card. How do I get an invoice with the card information?
