    In July 2019, files created with Videoscribe have been deleted. Is it possible to recover the file so that it can be downloaded again?

    Do you have a backup of the files?

    Are the saved in the online cloud?

    Have you been through the extra steps to retrieve missing scribes in this support article? 


    If you've been through the above step, and don't have a backup or the file saved online, there is not going to be a way to retrieve the file.

    Can I download files saved in local scribes or online scribes without a time limit?


    Also, can I download it after logging in on the PC where I worked?

    If you saved any project files locally, and did not delete them, then you can still open them within videoscribe.
    If you saved any project files online and you did not delete them , then you can still open then within videoscribe.
    If you saved .scribe files and you did not delete the files then you can import them into videoscribe.

    Sparkol does not delete your online files. No time limit has been assigned to that.
