I have a subscription to use VideoScribe. For some reason my Show.go icon during publishing choices is not activated. I thought it's only available to yearly subscribers which the company i work for has several licenses, one of which is for me. Can someone tell me how to fix it so the show.go button is activated? i need to save my video as an MP4. thank you.

If the company has some free trials as well as paid subscriptions, make sure you are logging in with a user name and password that is linked to an active paid subscription and not a free trial. Make sure you are using the desktop version of the software and not using videoscribe on a phone.
Are you sure you are clicking the correct icon for sho.co? It's the icon that looks like multiple colored triangles on the popup window shown below:
