Make sure your membership payment was successful.
Make sure you paid for a PROfessional membership and not an EDUcational membership. Only PRO members can publish videos without the watermark. Educational (discounted) members cannot remove the watermark.
Make sure you logged out and logged back into videoscribe so it can
check for your new membership status.
You must then republish your
videos to make a new copy without the watermark.
If you need more specific help, be sure to raise a ticket and tell customer support.
