Fix or prevent File names causing videos to not save properly

I think I've read a few threads over recent years mentioning that video file names including special characters will cause the rendered video to not be saved to the destination folder.
1) for videoscribe to check the user's filename and disallow any filename choices that might cause the video to fail.
or
2) to fix whatever limitation prevents videos with certain filenames from being transferred successfully to the destination folder after rendering. (I believe videoscribe renders to a cache folder then copies or moves the finished file to the final destination folder.)
