When you open VideoScribe, the software will check startup files that are located in your VideoScribe Desktop folder. If there is an incorrect file present, this can cause an issue.
After entering your login details, a white screen with the blue VideoScribe logo is displayed but the software becomes unresponsive.
This can be caused by VideoScribe not being able to access the folder where the images are stored from the VideoScribe Desktop folder.
This was resolved in version 3.5.2-13. Please update to the latest version of VideoScribe for the best possible VideoScribe experience.
