You can cancel your subscription at any time after your first payment has been taken, and up to three business days before your next scheduled payment
Log into your account on the VideoScribe website and select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab.
- Click on the menu icon (three dots) in the top right corner of your subscription and select 'Cancel subscription'
- On the next screen click 'Yes, continue to cancel' to confirm you wish to proceed
- You will need to let us know the reason you're leaving and then click 'Cancel subscription' to complete the process
Once confirmed, you will see the message, 'Your subscription has been successfully cancelled' and an email will be sent confirming the cancellation. The subscription will then display the end date.
Please note: Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will still be able to use VideoScribe up until your end date.
Important: If you do not receive an email it could mean your cancellation was not successful. Please contact support for assistance.
