Please note: If you have forgotten which email address is linked to your VideoScribe account, please Customer Success for assistance. The steps on this page will only work if you know your account email address.
How to reset your password
- Click here to visit our password reset page
- Type in the email address used for your Sparkol account and click ‘Send’
- A code and a link to reset your password will be sent to your email address
- Copy the code and then click the link
- Your reset link is valid for 24 hours. If you have waited more than 24 hours please start again.
- Link not working? Try copying & pasting the link into your browser instead.
- This will take you to the Password Reset page where you can confirm your details
- Enter your email address
- Paste in the reset code from your email
- Type in your new password
Top tip: The password requirements will turn green when your password meets the requirement.
You can now log in to your Sparkol account with your new password.
