Resetting your password
Don't worry! Simply follow these steps to reset your password...
Please note: If you have forgotten which email address is linked to your VideoScribe account, please contact our Customer Success team for assistance. The steps on this page will only work if you know your account email address.
How to reset your password
- Click here to visit our 'Reset your password' page
- Type in the email address used for your VideoScribe account and click ‘Send’
- A code and link will be sent to your email address
- Open the email from your inbox and copy the code and then click the link
- The link will be valid for 24 hours - if you have waited more than 24 hours please start the process again
- Link not working? Try copying the link and then pasting it into your browser instead.

- This will take you to the 'Password Reset' page where you can confirm your details
- Enter your email address
- Paste in the reset code from your email
- Type in your new password and click 'Reset password'

Top tip: The password requirements will turn green when your password meets each requirement.
You will now be able to login to your VideoScribe account using your new password. If you continue to have issues please contact our Customer Success team here.
