Don't panic! If you can't locate your project, here are a few quick checks to try first...
Check 1: Make sure you’re using the version of VideoScribe you created the project with.
VideoScribe now comes in two versions:
The projects you create are unique to each version. This means when you create a project in one version, it will not be compatible with the other.
Check 2: Log out of VideoScribe and log back in:
Important: Make sure you use the same email address that you used when creating the projects - this may change when autofill or password entry programs/extensions are enabled in your browser.
