If you've cancelled your subscription but changed your mind, you can remove the cancellation
If your subscription has not yet expired, you can remove the cancellation to reinstate the recurring payment.
Please note: If your subscription has already expired, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
- Click this link to manage your subscription
- Enter your VideoScribe email address and click 'Submit'.
- An email will be sent by our payment partner FastSpring, with instructions for managing your subscription
- Click the link in the email to access the 'Subscriptions and billing' page
- Click the 'Manage' button on your active subscription
- Click 'Un-cancel'
- Click ‘Un-cancel’ on the confirmation window
Your next subscription charge will then occur automatically on its scheduled date.
Please note: Resuming a cancelled subscription is not available online for all customers. If you do not see the following options please raise a ticket and the team will be happy to remove the cancellation for you to resume your subscription.
