Un-cancelling your subscription
If you've cancelled your subscription but change your mind, you can remove the cancellation
If your subscription has been cancelled but has not yet expired, you will be able to remove the cancellation to reinstate the recurring payment.
Please note: If your subscription has already expired, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
- Click this link to go to your subscription page
- Subscriptions which have been cancelled but have not yet expired will display the 'Un-Cancel' option and we will display the number of days you have left

- Subscriptions which have been cancelled but have not yet expired will display the 'Un-Cancel' option and we will display the number of days you have left
- Click the 'Un-Cancel' button on the appropriate subscription
- Click 'Yes, Un-Cancel my subscription' to confirm
Your subscription will now remain active and you will automatically be charged at the next renewal date.
Please note: Resuming a cancelled subscription is not available online for all customers. If you do not see the 'Un-Cancel' option please contact our Customer Success team and we will be happy to un-cancel your subscription for you.
