Learn how to add your VAT or GST number
The steps below apply to VAT and GST numbers. If you have a tax exemption in another region, contact the Customer Success team and provide evidence of your exemption.
- Head over to our pricing page, pick a plan, and proceed to the checkout
- Select the ‘Enter VAT ID’ or 'Enter GST ID' link underneath the total
- Enter your VAT or GST number in the text field and click the 'Submit' button
- You will be notified that the changes have been applied
Please note: If you forgot to enter your VAT or GST details at the checkout, please raise a ticket here and let us know the tax information you would like added or updated. Our Customer Success team will be happy to help.
