This article confirms which versions of VideoScribe Legacy are currently supported and available for you to use
Please note: VideoScribe Legacy is the older version of our software. We continue to support it, but we recommend switching to the latest version to enjoy the best features and performance.

Note: Version 3.14.1 and 3.14.2 of VideoScribe Legacy are the only supported versions.
Your version number is displayed in the bottom left corner when you log into the application.
- If you are using an unsupported version you can upgrade to the latest version of VideoScribe Legacy, the latest version of the software is available via the Legacy download page.
- Release notes can be found in the Legacy release notes folder of the help site. These will tell you what exciting new features and changes have been added to each version.
VideoScribe Legacy versions no longer supported:
- Versions 3.12 to 3.14.0 - support ended on 13th June 2024
- Versions 3.9 to 3.11.2 - support ended on 10th June 2024
- Versions 3.7 to 3.8 - support ended on 31st January 2023
- Version 3.6 - support ended on 1st December 2022
- Versions 3.4 to 3.5 - support ended on 1st October 2022
- Versions 3.0 to 3.3 - support ended on 16th March 2020
- Version 2.3.7 - support ended on 9th December 2019
- Versions 2.1 to 2.3.6 - support ended on 8th May 2018
- Versions 1.x and 2.0.x - support ended on 30th September 2015
