Learn how to upgrade VideoScribe for desktop to the latest version.
It is always recommended to keep your version of VideoScribe for your desktop up to date. This will ensure you have access to the latest features and updates.
Technical support is ending for all versions below 3.14.1. You must upgrade to the latest version (v3.14.1) by June 3, 2024, to continue using VideoScribe.
After this date, you won't be able to log into earlier versions of VideoScribe.
How to upgrade
- Check which version you have currently installed
- The version number is displayed in the bottom left corner when you login
- The latest version is 3.14.1
- If your version is lower than the latest version available, click the download button directly on the download page
Please note: When upgrading to the latest version your existing scribe projects will still be available
