Log into your account on the VideoScribe website
- Under the 'Personal Information' section in the left-hand panel, update your First name and Last name then select ‘Save changes’

- If you are the owner of a team account and need to transfer a licence to a different user and/or add a new user, see Managing your team subscriptions.
