I've been trying to upload a video directly from VideoScribe to YouTube. I could do it with my gmail account that is related to my YouTube account but now I'm trying to do it to my clients' account and they have a gmail account that is managed by their own domain, so now I think that VideoScribe can't recognize that this is a YouTube login credential.

videoscribe pro users can save video in MOV or FLV format. Youtube probably prefers FLV because of the higher quality but it is usually a larger file size too. However MOV should be fine too.
You can use a video editing program to convert to MP4 if you wish.

Hello Mike, I am a Pro user and the save option that comes up is "all files" no option for mp4, flv, etc.

Hi Ivor, Be sure to watch the videoscribe tutorials. The first tutorial shows you how to publish your scribe/render a video (starting at about the 18 minute mark): videoscribe-v2-tutorial-1-creating-your-first-scribe
