Hi, It's a known bug. Here's the solution:
This issue has now been resolved by the release of version 2.0.1. After upgrading and installing VideoScribe 2.0 on a free trial, you may get a notification that there are 0 days left of the trial even if you have only just signed up.
Please don't worry, we are working on fixing this and you still have access to your 7 day trial if you follow these instructions –
Click the ‘X’ symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the messageRead the Terms of Use and if you agree and want to continue with the trial, click the tick icon in the bottom right hand corner. You should now be able to access VideoScribeClose VideoScribe down and open it back up again – the correct trial time will be visible after you enter your email address and password

Hi Lisa,
(NOTE: if you have ever used a free trial before, or if anyone else has used a free trial on the same computer, you will not be able to use another one on the same computer or with the same email address I believe)
the INSTANT ANSWER at that link used to say:

Joe or anyone at Sparkol Support, instead of actually deleting the old guides and instant answers, can you please restore the actual posts and just remove the links on the instant answers page? That way users will not be left with dead links in threads like this and the other one about making SVGs from earlier today.

Hi Mike, thanks for your comments.
We were in the process of reviewing the Version 1 tutorials.
We have been updating the content on Instant Answers of late
to ensure all documentation is relevant.
You will be able to access the tutorials associated with version 1
that are not the initial 'getting started' tutorials.
In relation to the '0 days' bug.
We have removed this as it is no longer an issue and would not be relevant to anyone with a trial at present.
What I have done is added the content of the Instant Answer to your post although I would advise anyone who has this issue to
raise a support ticket as the issue will no longer be relevant on the current trial version.

You have access to the trial for 7 days, so when this expires, you need to purchase a subscription to continue using VideoScribe
