Hi, If they usually work but they just stopped working then restart videoscribe.
Otherwise upload the actual SVG if you want specific feedback.

i guess the fix for everything is to restart lol ... so frustrating
this problem is about every 3ed or 4th svg i upload. i have made them the same way every time for over a year now and this just started to happen more when i updated to 0.3 ...

Hi, If you end up "maxing out" videoscribe's memory usage one way or another, then restarting may free up some memory as a temporary workaround.

i have made SVG the same way every time.
when i upload SVG files they look like that.. i can't make the object any larger.

Hi,
If you end up "maxing out" videoscribe's memory usage one way or another, then restarting may free up some memory as a temporary workaround.
However it is probably better to address the underlying problem(s) which are usually oversized image files, excessive camera settings or a variety of other things:
TIPS to Fix Videoscribe freezes, crashes, slowdowns, failure to export, or erratic behaviours.
